Unpacking Method
To unpack your original artwork, please follow the steps below -
1. The parcel arrives wrapped in brown paper and marked Fragile.
2. Remove the brown paper. It's ok to use a sharp knife, the box inside is wooden.
3. Ensure the wooden crate is the correct way up (it is marked TOP).
4. Once you have cut the tape around the lid, it will just lift off.
5. Lift out the foam board.
6. Lift out the bubble wrapped parcel. Keep the wooden crate for later removal or storage.
7. Carefully snip the clear tape securing the bubble wrap.
DO NOT use a sharp knife for this!
8. Carefully unwrap the bubble wrap revealing a waterproof plastic bag.
9. Carefully cut the tape on the plastic bag and remove the package inside.
10. Very carefully cut the four pieces of tape securing the cardboard backing.
11. Cutting the tape on one end of the outer glassine should enable the inner glassine to slide out.
12. Very carefully cut the tape on the final glassine wrapper.
13. The original artwork is now revealed
Please remove all packaging carefully and retain in case you need to return the artwork.
