Packaging
All original artwork is packaged as follows before shipping -
The original artwork is wrapped in acid free glassine to protect it.
A custom made wooden crate (with foam board at the bottom) is prepared to fit the exact size of the wrapped parcel.
Then another layer of glassine to give it extra protection.
The bubble wrapped parcel fits snugly inside to prevent it moving during shipping.
A card backing board is attached to protect the hollow back of the canvas.
Another layer of foam board is placed on top.
This is then placed in a sealed plastic bag to protect it from moisture.
The wooden lid is taped down with reinforcing tape and the top marked for easy unpacking.
The bagged parcel is wrapped in five layers of bubble wrap
(ten layers on the front).
The sealed wooden crate is wrapped in strong brown paper and the parcel marked Fragile.
If you need to return the artwork, please package it exactly as shown above
