Shipping & Returns
Artwork Shipping
All artwork is packaged in a secure padded wooden crate (see the Packaging Page for more details) and dispatched within 5 working days by courier to your requested address. Alternatively the artwork can be collected from our offices at a mutually agreed time, which will incur no shipping charge.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the courier's tracking number, so you can check when it will arrive. This will depend on where you are in the world.
> Mainland UK - approx. 3 working days
> UK offshore islands - approx. 5 working days
> Mainland European countries - approx. 8 working days
> European islands - approx. 10 working days
> North America - approx. 8 working days
> Rest of the World - approx. 10 working days
When you receive the order, you will need to sign for it. Please unpack it carefully according to the instructions on the Unpacking Method Page.
Print Shipping
All prints are wrapped in acid-free glassine and packaged in a rigid, multi-layered, reinforced card envelope and dispatched within 5 working days by courier to your requested address. Alternatively the print can be collected from our offices at a mutually agreed time, which will incur no shipping charge.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the courier's tracking number, so you can check when it will arrive. This will depend on where you are in the world.

All Returns
Any artwork or print that is returned must be sent back within 14 days and packaged in the same way as it was received. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
